Philadelphia's Claude Giroux tied the game 2-2 three minutes earlier on the power-play, taking the assist from Brayden Schenn and firing wide open from the left circle.
Minnesota (11-7-0, 22 pts) also improved their all-time record in Philadelphia to 3-7 after scoring twice in the third period, improving on a 1-1 draw from the second.
Darcy Kuemper stopped 37-of-39 as the Wild hand Philadelphia their fourth-straight defeat.

Scandella would score 1:42 into the final segment of play when Neiderreiter, caught in traffic on the boards near the Flyers blue line, found the defenseman in stride.
Scandella fired his 4th this year, a slap shot over Emery's left shoulder to take the lead.
Mark Streit added for the Flyers (7-9-2, 16 pts) after Wayne Simmonds and Vincent Lecavalier exchanged passes and found Streit, who snuck it to Kuemper's right side.
Ray Emery secured 27 saves against 30 shots in defeat.
